I like to think anything is possible. You say you are dating again (which is certainly a good sign) but that he has someone else? That's a recipe for disaster. A relationship where there are more than 2 people involved doesn't imply 100% commitment on his part. I would hold off on "dating" him until he is truly single and ready to give you his full attention. Otherwise, you run the risk of suffering an emotional blow should he decide to change his mind and stay with the other woman. If you explain to him that you really want to be with him but only when he's free to do so, he may get angry but only because you're forcing his hand. If he doesn't commit to just you, then you have your answer - he's not ready to do so. If he does, then you've now established a mutual agreement that the two of you will focus on each other exclusively. Don't take second best. You deserve more than that and you can have it if you hold firm. Good luck!
